John is a current CASA Day Centre service-user who has volunteered to be a service-user representative. He has enthusiastically minuted forum meetings, attended ICDAS and also written a great article about CASA for the ICDAS Spring newsletter. FERGAL
Fergal is a long-standing CASA service-user who still comes to the Day Centre on a regular basis and who has also volunteered to be a representative. Fergal has been on service-user involvement training with Voluntary Action Camden and has also attended a conference on SMART Aftercare initiatives with Felicity. Like John, Fergal is committed to helping other service-users get their views across so, again, let him know if there are any issues you would like him to raise at CASA service-user forums or ICDAS.
