SERVICE-USERS & SERVICE-USER INVOLVEMENT AT CASA

Welcome to this page which has been set up to represent service-users at CASA, and to provide information about service-user involvement within the agency. It's a work in progress so please bear with us whilst we get it up and running over the coming weeks! Please also feel free to send suggestions and comments about the page to Felicity Runchman, Service-User Involvement Worker at CASA felicity.runchman@casa.org.uk. The page has been set up following discussion and consultation with service-users at recent CASA service-user forums and we aim to keep the content service-user led.

WHO ARE CASA SERVICE-USERS, AND WHAT DOES CASA MEAN TO THEM?

CASA runs five separate services (Alcohol Counselling Day Service, Family Service, Families, Partners & Friends Service, Moving On Project, and Older Persons Service). Therefore, as you might expect, the agency provides support to a wide range of individuals and families whose lives have been affected by alcohol and substance misuse. Here are what some of them have to say about their involvement with CASA.
